BY-LAWS
ARTICLE 1. This association shall be known a= s the Caddo Mills I. O. O. F. Association.
ARTICLE 2. The officers of this Association = shall be composed of ten (10). The officers shall elect from the= ir number the President, Vice President, Secretary and the Treasurer.
ARTICLE 3. The Annual Meeting of the Associa= tion shall be held each Fall called by the President= .
ARTICLE 4. The President shall preside at all meetings and shall have supervision of all property belonging to the Association. In the absence = of the President, the Vice President shall perform all the duties of the Presiden= t.
ARTICLE 5. The Treasurer shall serve without= bond and shall render a full and complete report at each meeting as well as the Annual Meeting. An audit rep= ort will be completed annually.
ARTICLE 6. The association shall hold at lea= st four meetings per year. Regular m= eetings will be the fourth Monday in February, May, August and November. Five Board members in attendance = shall constitute a quorum.
ARTICLE 7. The Cemetery shall be under the c= ontrol and supervision of the Board of Trustees, subject to such special instruct= ions as the Association may from time to time issue, and subject to the limitat= ions set forth in these BY-LAWS, or any other rules or regulations which may fr= om time to time be made by the Association.
ARTICLE 8. The next of kin or family members=
of a
loved one presently buried in the cemetery or anyone owning a lot shall be=
a bonafied member of the Association. Any bonafied<=

member has one vote and may be cast only at the annual Association meeting=
or
special Association meeting called by the Board of Trustees. No proxy vote will be accepted.

and updated as needed. =
