&nb= sp; Members of the IOOF Cemetery Association met Monday, February 22, 20= 10 in the Senior Citizens Center in Caddo Mills, Texas. Members present were President Tony Gavin, Linda Hess, Tom Jenkins, = Rex King, JoNell Garlington, Glenn Newman, Matt McMahan and Barney Bethea. President Tony Gavin presided and = opened the meeting with prayer.

Linda Hess read the minutes.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> With no corrections, the minutes w= ere approved as read. JoNell Garlington gave th= e Treasurer’s Report stating a balance of $45,496.23 in the checking account as of Januar= y 31, 2010 with one outstanding check of $20,451.00. Linda Hess made the motion to acce= pt the Treasurer’s Report; Matt McMahan seconded. Motion carried. Tony Gavin requested that the Fina= ncial Committee continue to strive to find the best investments for CD’s maturing.

&nb= sp; Concern of the state of the roads in the cemetery was discussed. Tony Gavin requested that Matt McM= ahan secure information from Ralph Green to purchase asphalt to repair the roads= .

&nb= sp; Tony Gavin shared a “Thank You” note from Rex King and family.

&nb= sp; Barney Bethea shared that he had noticed= caps being absent from some parts of the fence.= Tony Gavin requested that Barney Bethea = contact Brady Williams to have the caps replaced.
