IOOF Cemetery Association

Caddo Mills, Texas

   &nb= sp; Members of the IOOF Cemetery Association met Monday,  February 28,2011 in the Sen= ior Citizens Center in Caddo Mills, Texas.  Members present were Tony Gavin, B= en Bentley,  = Tom Jenkins, Rex King, JoNell = Garlington,  and Barney Bethea.   Rex King opened the meeting with pr= ayer.

      Minutes from the previous mee= ting were not available.   JoNell = Garlington gave the Treasurer’s Report stating a balance of $25,081.65 in the checking account as of January 31, 2010.  Ben Bentley made the motion to acce= pt the Treasurer’s Report; Rex King seconded.  Motion carried.  Rex King  gave a report from finance committee. We only have two CDs left, one with Alliance for $12,711.03 and one with Ch= ase for $12,000.  We have $75,330.= 96 invested with Edward Jones.

   &nb= sp;  Tony Gavin and Tom Jen= kins reported on meeting with John Lynch regarding dirt fees and maintenance at = the Cemetery. John Lynch will provide the extended grave maintenance for $75.00= per grave. Jo indicated that were received dirt fees from Peters, Lynch, and Co= ker and are current on fees.

   &nb= sp; Tony gave Jo a Cemetery records book and a brief explanation to Ben = and Jo on issues involved with selling lots and locating gravesites.

   &nb= sp; Rex King made the motion to adjourn.  Barney Bethea= seconded.  Motion carried.
